• You must not have had a prior Account terminated by jom321 for breach of these Terms.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. Registering or operating more than one Account — whether under the same or a different name, address, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

All deposits and withdrawals on jom321 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange) via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect, as well as Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT).

From time to time, jom321 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP rewards, and refer-a-friend incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, as well as the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are credited to the Player's Bonus Balance and are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only. Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once. Multiple accounts created to claim a welcome bonus more than once are strictly prohibited.
• Wagering requirements for specific bonuses are as follows: 288% Magnificent Welcome — 35x; 100% Standard Welcome — 10x; 188% Esports Welcome — 18x. The 2% Crypto Deposit Bonus is subject to its own stated conditions.
• Bonus funds may not be used to place bets that would constitute a guaranteed profit regardless of outcome (e.g., arbitrage betting).

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the jom321 Platform across all game and sports categories:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jom321 Platform. Any Player found to be engaged in any of the following will face immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Including the use of stolen payment methods, stolen identity documents, or any form of financial fraud.
• Bonus abuse: Including the creation of multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, the use of arbitrage strategies using bonus funds, or any other exploitation of promotional terms.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or multi-player game formats.
• Use of automation tools: Including bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software designed to gain an advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Money laundering: Using jom321 to launder, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting software errors: Deliberately exploiting glitches, bugs, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Underage gambling: Registering an Account whilst under the age of 21, or allowing a person under 21 to access your Account.

jom321 is firmly committed to the principles of responsible gambling. We believe that gambling should remain a form of entertainment and that the well-being of our players is more important than revenue. To support this commitment, jom321 provides the following player protection tools:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set time limits on their gaming sessions, after which the Account will automatically log out.
• Reality Checks: Players may activate periodic on-screen notifications reminding them of the time spent and amounts wagered during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and, once in place, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Closure: Players who wish to close their Account permanently may do so by contacting our support team. Any Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player.

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform;
• Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers or personal data stored therein;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform;
• Any errors, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through the Platform by any third party;
• Any content obtained from the Platform;
• Any losses arising from gambling activity conducted on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jom321 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or completeness of the Platform or its content.

jom321 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account holder is under 21 years of age;
• The Account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity;
• The Account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the Account holder;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to jom321.

Upon termination for breach, any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is established, verified Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player's last known payment method within a reasonable time.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jom321 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Where permitted by applicable law, jom321 may elect to resolve disputes through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings. Players agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to class action participation in connection with any dispute relating to the Platform or these Terms.

jom321 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish, close your Account.
